Hi, I'm Sabrina. Chicago event planner, boutique studio owner, and a mom who has believed her whole life that celebrations matter.
I'm a lover of flowers, good food, and getting my hands in the garden. And somewhere in between all of that, hosting a really great party became one of my greatest joys.
My style is tastefully over the top and detail obsessed. In other words- I care deeply about the details that matter to you, and getting the vibe right.
It Started
With a Spreadsheet
Several years ago when my son was little, a friend needed help planning her own son's birthday party. I couldn't be there in person, so I sent her the document I used to plan my own son's first birthday. Every piece of decor, the catering, the crafts, the invitations, a full mood board. The whole thing, organized and ready to go.
She was shocked I had created something like that for a casual birthday party.
I was shocked that wasn't how everyone did it.
That spreadsheet became Party Day. What started as custom planning documents for small gatherings grew into virtual styling, then in-person planning for milestone celebrations and corporate events, and eventually into our boutique event studio in Chicago's Lincoln Square neighborhood.
Nearly a decade in the Chicago event industry later, I am still just as excited about a beautifully styled table and a room full of people celebrating something that matters to them.
